• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 15 years of cognate experience in the education sector, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, Academic Director, or an equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian and American curricula and educational best practices.
• Demonstrated success in improving academic standards and school performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, educational management systems, virtual learning platforms, and data-driven decision-making tools.
