We run a dual curriculum- American and Nigerian curriculum.

What are your policies for bullying?

RESPONSE

Bethel American International School has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying. If we discover that a student has engaged in any of the above behaviors, we will take appropriate steps to address the problem. This may include contacting parents or guardians, meeting with the student's teacher or specialist, and taking disciplinary action against the student involved.

Can I discuss my child's behaviour with you?

Yes, we encourage parents to discuss concerns about their child's behavior with us as early as possible when they first become aware of it so we can work together on solutions.

Do you offer differentiation learning?

RESPONSE

Yes, we offer differentiation learning in all of our classes. This means that the material taught to each student differs from the others. We do this by having different teaching methods for each student. This includes having one teacher for the entire class and another for each group of students. It also includes having other teachers for specific subjects. For example, in math, two teachers teach math, one teaches algebra and geometry, and another teaches basic arithmetic and pre-algebra.

What is differentiated instruction?

Differentiated instruction is a teaching method that uses varying levels of challenge based on individual needs and interests to help students learn better by using their abilities and strengths instead of just repetition or memorization.
